Have your pallets EUMOS 40509 tested at a CS-TS open test day

The rules on load units and pallet stability have changed considerably in recent years. Transport packaging has to be transport-safe and tested against the EUMOS 40509 standard.

At a CS-TS open test day you bring your load units to our test location and we test them on the spot. Every load unit that passes receives a transport-safe certificate, together with immediate advice on optimising your packaging and reducing material.

You can have several different load units tested on the same day.

Day 1: you deliver your load units to our test location.
Day 2: we run the tests, in the time slot agreed with you in advance.
Day 3: you collect the tested load units.

You and your colleagues are welcome to attend and follow the tests.

Time slots last 90 minutes and are booked in advance. We schedule open test days throughout the year, in Belgium and elsewhere in Europe.

What to bring: the load unit exactly as you ship it – same product, same pallet, same film or strapping.

What you receive: the test result, a transport-safe certificate if the load unit withstands 0.5 g, and concrete advice if it does not.
