CS-TS now performs tilt tests according to DIN 55415 \u2013 directly on site in Germany!
The new German standard DIN 55415:2022-09 defines three recognized methods for determining the transport stability of load units \u2013 including the static tilt test.
This test simulates the forces that act on a pallet during road, rail, or sea transport and is used to classify the load unit into a Transport Stability Class (TK).<\/p>\n

What does this mean in practice?
<\/span>During the tilt test, it is verified whether a load unit is stable enough to withstand a horizontal acceleration of 0.5 g \u2013 equivalent to a tilt angle of about 26.6\u00b0.
<\/span>This represents the minimum requirement for safe transport stability in intermodal transport.<\/p>\n

Now available: Tilt tests directly on site in Germany
<\/span>CS-TS now performs these tests on site at your facility in Germany.
<\/span>This allows packagers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to have their pallets tested according to the latest German standard \u2013 without the need to transport them to a testing laboratory.<\/p>\n

De regelgeving \u2018laadeenheden-pallets palletveiligheid\u2019 is de afgelopen periode bijzonder gewijzigd. Deze moeten transportveilig en Eumos 40509 getest zijn.<\/p>

Nu kan u bij ons op onze site uw pallets laten testen. Het is dus niet noodzakelijk dat wij tot bij komen om deze testen uit te voeren.<\/p>
